At Glamine Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 15-day return/exchange window from the date of package delivery.
Return Shipment Process:
- Return shipments may take some time, but we kindly ask you to ensure that the package is sent within the 15-day return window.
- The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for the return. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please note: that we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in the post on the way back to us.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- It is important to return the items in their original condition, free from scratches, wear marks, or breakage. While the original packaging is not mandatory, please ensure that the necklaces are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transport.
- Please note that if the items are not returned in their original condition or if the return is shipped after the 15-day return window, we will not be able to process refunds or offer store credit.
- We recommend allowing up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that the delivery time may vary.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we receive the returned items.
Important Information:
- For reasons of safety and hygiene, pierced earrings and pendants are non-returnable. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
- Please note that any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are paid directly to the shipping provider. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, attempted deliveries without success, failure to pick up from the collection point, or refusal to pay customs tax, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 working days after we receive the returned items.
